JOINING ASH TREE

TALK TO OUR TEAM

The first step to joining Ash Tree is to talk to our team. We will explain the process (if you are new to umbrella) and ask you some questions about your contract. Then we can provide you with an estimate take home illustration after the Umbrella Fee.

REGISTRATION FORM & IDENTIFICATION

When you are ready to join Ash Tree, we will send you an information form through DocuSign. This can be filled out and signed securely online. We will also need you to provide proof of ID and Address. You can do this in the form of a passport/driving liscence and a utility bill/bank statement less than three months old.

CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

You’re almost there. To finalise your joining process we will send you an employment contract between us and yourselves. This will outline the terms of your employment. Once you have read and signed the agreement you will become a employee of Ash Tree Contracting.

INFORMING YOUR AGENCY

The last step to our joining process is informing your agency of your employment. We will contact your agency and in particular the consultant you are working with to let them know you will be using our services for your contract. We will liaise with the Payroll department so they know who to pay for your services.
